Privacy Policy

What we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

Effective date to be confirmed on publication. This policy is published by Webnatrix Technologies (OPC) Private Limited and applies to this website.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. The project enquiry form asks for your name, work email address, company, country, the type of project, an indicative budget and timeline, and your description of the work.

If you book a call through the scheduling widget on the contact page, the details you enter there — typically your name, email address and any note you add — are collected by Calendly, our scheduling provider, and shared with us so we can attend the meeting.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build profiles of visitors. This site does not require an account and does not ask for payment details.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to understand what you are asking for and to respond to you about it. Budget and timeline are requested because they materially affect whether and how we can help, not for segmentation.

Technical information

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — IP address, user agent, requested path and timestamp — as a necessary part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, retained for a limited period.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up a discussion that resumes later. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is read by the Webnatrix engineering team. We use third-party infrastructure to host this site, to deliver email, and — for bookings made through the contact page — Calendly for scheduling. Those providers process the data strictly to provide those services.

We do not share enquiry content with any party for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, request its deletion, or object to how it is processed. We will honour these requests.

  • Ask what we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete your enquiry
  • Ask us to stop processing your information

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are validated on the server and stored within the systems we use to operate the business. We apply least-privilege access to those systems and keep the set of people who can read enquiries small.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Questions about this policy

Send them through the project enquiry form and mark the description as a policy question. Requests are handled by the same team that operates this site.
